Assay Thai Lime and Lemongrass Gin

Assay Thai Lime and Lemon grass from Sheffield Distillery   A double dose of chopped fresh limes (Thai Makrut and Common), heaps of lemongrass, makrut lime leaves, pandan leaves, young tamarind, galangal, thai sweet basil and pink peppercorns give extra punch and summery freshness alongside our classic Assay juniper hit.   Really good with London Essence Indian Tonic, lime wheels, peeled & sliced galangal and a sprig of fresh mint or basil (maybe fresh chilli if you like it a little different!).
