When the guys from Balefire asked if we fancied a collab we absolutely jumped at the chance! Our fridge is full of their stuff and you will not be disappointed with this one. Using a more lemony version of our gin the Balefire team have paired it with lemon, yellow pepper, onion, apple, garlic, cider vinegar,fermented chilli, coriander, parsley, basil,red pepper flakes and oregano.
