Forged Gin - Rhubarb & Ginger

Yorkshire Rhubarb is grown across a small patch of West Yorkshire. This is the rhubarb triangle, a nine-square-mile area between Wakefield, Morley and Rothwell. Fuchsia-pink forced rhubarb is prized for its subtle flavour. Our heritage in the Rhubarb triangle makes for a special Gin. Rhubarb adds a tart yet sweet crisp edge whilst the ginger dances on the palate and creates lasting warmth. Pair with a premium ginger ale and garnish with freshly ground pepper.
